Pros

- free snacks and ice machine

Cons

- bad management - every client the IT department has, all have different needs so it can be hard to keep up who needs what - toxic work environment - certain clients have extra needs than others but no extra pay for any extra work

Pros

- Good culture that cares about it's employees. There are happy hours and networking events to help you meet your colleagues - Colleagues are very willing to share knowledge and assist - Directors are very encouraging of pursuing certifications and professional development - Strong Young Professionals Group - Excellent health insurance, but dental and vision are mediocre. - I heard bonuses are excellent (supposedly in lieu of 401K matching) and come every 6 months, but I haven't been here long enough to receive one - If you are bored with a project or want to pursue a different type of work, MRE will work with you to find a new one.

Cons

- Hours can be long (however, this is pretty much the nature of consulting, so not unique to MRE) - No 401K Matching - only 8 or 9 holidays instead of 10 at other companies - Required to sign document for additional year of employment if MRE pays for training. - Not very friendly...If this was for a degree such as an MBA, I can understand, but not so much for a training class.
