- Pays Below Department of Labor Entry Wage average. - Not enough PTO - Tier 3 Management doesn't approach team frustrations tactically

750 dollars sign on bonus

Cons

Company let me go after 7 months for no reason saying I wasn't fast enough to keep up with the machines and didn't help coach me or tell me I still wasn't up to their standards. They wouldn't let me switch to nights to let me attend school. Wouldn't let me switch to a different department. Would rather hire off the street than promote within.
