Pros

Perks and fringe benefits. Job and hours flexibility for Salaried employees. Great People to Work With. Performance Based Incentives. I've been working with MS for almost 2 years now. The people, perks, and benefits are exceptional. I enjoy working with my coworkers and have been very impressed with the fringe benefits offered to Salaried and hourly employees.

Cons

Long hours and extended Overtime may be required. High pressure environment. The environment, however, is extremely high pressure and not for everyone. High level leadership tends to roll everything down hill. If a project is needed at the Executive or Vice President level then it will usually end up in the hands of the someone 2 or 3 levels below the VP. Leadership sometimes leads from an inward, self-centered approach, rather than evaluating decisions based on what is best for the company and all of its employees.

Pros

Top level cronies, firing whoever, whenever.

Cons

At local level their seems to be no checks/balances with Management to make sure they are hiring and firing properly.

Pros

New learning environment and experience. Met a lot of great contacts.

Cons

Unfortunately, looking back there are many cons to this company. The company will spend endless amounts of money on entertaining potential customers and never see a return. Communication and feedback from management is less than poor. You also feel that you are bothering management if you need to ask questions. If you need to drive for your position, forget about being reimbursed for it. Processes constantly change from corporate and they are never followed through. Performance reviews rarely happen so employees go months with out receiving feedback on their performance. They also hide the revenue numbers from their sales team.; going full quarters with out seeing numbers. The culture is also very, very poor. There is a lot of drama And "hush, hush" that is created at the corporate office and travels to local offices. My advice, you can find a company that does the exact same thing but actually cares about its employees and is not going bankrupt.
