Pros

Great company to work for if you are a Salary paid employee and you are in the right department and you look the part. Awesome perks if you are in the right position.

Cons

I do not like what this company represents. If you are a good looking woman, you will get whatever you want. I personally was given a several raises, three weeks vacation, ability to work from home, I could come and go as I pleased but this was not the case for my fellow co-workers. Some departments were very micro-managed and you could defiantly feel the tension. The waste that was spent on many unnecessary items but yet refuse to give someone a raise who has been employed with you for several years is beyond me. This did not affect me being that In less than a few years I was making over 10 thousand dollars more than I started with many bonuses.

Can't count on the job

Pros

You have an opportunity to make some money in the short term. But when a sort ends there may not be any work for weeks. Good part time second job.

Cons

Managers have little respect for workers. They expect a lot more work for little pay. Raises are a very rare occurrence.

Pros

easy to get a job

Cons

inconsistent work assignments bad management uncaring culture that is passed down from corporate office uses workers for temporary assignments then lays them off and does same thing to new workers deceptive (does not tell associates they will be working for a day or two on IC side of business model) senior management does not know how to talk or interact with associates lots of decisions are made at a local level by a decision maker that is hundreds of miles away and has not consulted with the local leadership that is on the ground in the trenches, and when the decision made backfires the management team wants to hold the local leadership responsible.
