A company who prides itself on being innovators of tech but utilizes systems that are barely functional. News trickles down from the top and turnover is very high for the main office. People generally have no warning before being dismissed from their job. Much of the executive leadership is related, unless you’re willing to sell your souls, you won’t advance far here. No training. You’re given a title and thrown into the fire, better hope you’re a quick learner or this will be used against you. Communication between departments is poor. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. Performance evaluations are non-existent but they will take the time to nitpick every “WRONG” thing they think you’re doing. Dedicated employees are overworked. Don’t waste your time.

A majority of the leadership team is awful. They lead by fear and think screaming at you for everything is the best way to make you learn from your mistake. No work life balance. You'll be taking your laptop home on weekends, working late hours, and coming back to a mountain of work should you ever take time off.
