So Happy to Leave MSC Cruises USA

Pros

My co-workers. MSC Cruises USA has talented people below the top management level. People work hard and do good work.

Cons

MSC Cruises USA is the definition of a toxic work environment. If you are considering to work for the company, my advice is to avoid this place if you value your mental health and self respect. The top leaders in the Commercial / Marketing team are bullies who constantly criticize everyone but themselves. They lead with intimidation and scare tactics, constantly berating the team. This may sound unbelievable and it is. A complacent HR department allows this to happen while claiming to be improving company culture. Other departments are only slightly better. So many people are looking to leave the company even without another job lined up. Yes, it is that bad. Before you take a role here talk to someone outside of the interview panel. I am not making up this review.

Cons

You don't have your voice. Even if manager across the line, - you can't stay against his words, even if he is lier & thief) Only one person can change your way there, its never works good...

Pros

The cruise ships are beautiful and the price for a cruise is great.

Cons

Call center management (not supervisors) is horrible. There is no help when callers have questions. They tell us to sit back down. Customers are angry because there are so many problems with the software and they can't get refunds that you get yelled at all the time. Management does not care. They hire 15 people to train, half quit during training, the rest quit when they realize no one will help them to help customers
