Pros

Fun work environment with a fast pace. Decent pay

Cons

Low potential to advance into upper management positions. Unless you are willing to relocate it is very hard to move into a management position as they are not creating new opportunities. MSC has a habit of not replacing departed employees and just increasing responsibility for cureent management so they do not have to pay another salary.

Too many initiatives Too many meetings Too many reports They say they want feedback but they really don't Upper management dismissive in meetings HR runs the company Sales and managers have 5-20% of their salary at risk High stress level No fusion with the 2 largest suppliers- KMT and Seco.
