Pros

Some nice colleagues. Really sweet people that might just get stuck in an area, but they are good people. Managers, less so.

Cons

Come to MSCI if you'd like to engage in eternal politics, difficult-to-work-with software, constantly delayed product roadmaps, and a crumbling client service organisation which is given hardly any more resources! Job is mainly about internal visibility and less about actual servicing clients. Sales are constantly selling products that don't exist or barely exist, only for the client/consultant to find out later. This cannot be mentioned because it would be blaspheme in the Church of Sales. Chief of Diversity officer is there mainly for show. All feedback and substantial ideas given from actual D&I members goes ignored.
