Our strategy is to create a OneMSCI culture – both internally but also for our clients. There are opportunities to be a subject matter expert with depth in our products, as well as opportunities to have a broader understanding for our client facing sales people. Regarding your comments around Leadership style, all our managers and leaders are provided feedback directly during the annual Engagement Survey results period – as well as on an ongoing basis, and we are always keen to support both managers and employees through any challenges as raised.
