Typical Asian company with low pay. Terrible company to work for. They want me to work me for free during the weekend. very low pay and no growth.

Management is often times hands-off... lots of ways to involve yourself at every level in the company. It's a good start to get your feet wet in the tech industry.

Cons

There is very little room for growth. Some positions are given out based on seniority, relevant experience is appreciated but not compensated.
