Pros

MSI is a small but growing company. I enjoy the work hours (half days on Friday) and flexibility. Contributing toward a product that is going to our warfighter makes the work extremely meaningful.

Cons

Some growing pains which is to be expected. Can't think of anything else.

Company is becoming much more organized, resulting in more consistent quality and overall profit growth. There are many opportunities to share feedback and improve current business processes that would otherwise be overlooked at large corporations.

Cons

Need to be flexible to changing processes, fast-paced projects may not be for everyone
