Manager is a good listener. Will get time to explore new things. MSI is a good place for learning and implementing new things. We can balance both personal and professional life.

As it is a Product based company - it is fixed to minimal domains

Pros

Entrepreneurial, fun, opportunities to improve the company and grow professionally, data driven, fast paced, open environment to discuss ideas, and naturally diverse work environment.

Cons

The grass is always greener on the other side and MSI may not be perfect, but no company is. MSI is the best company I've worked at and is where I want to retire. To mention Cons here, seems insignificant. The only true con I have is that I didn't join MSI earlier in my career.

They play favorites and give raises and promotions to favorites. If you really look deep into MSI you can see that Supervisors and Operations in Atlanta are leaving bogus reviews.
