      Pros

      Not micro-managed, given many tools to grow my accounts. Stable company that handles a crisis in a positive and effective way. MSI is careful and always thinks ahead. They stick to their roots and their "5 pillars". Management is considerate and wants to see you thrive.

      Cons

      Work on the weekends is required for everyone as the showroom is open on Saturday's.
