      Pros

      Being a older employee and military veteran, MSI has welcome my years of experience in various fields to help cultivate my territory. How? Through collaboration with my direct manager and other company leaders in that they value my input and opinions to reach common goals, and to support my efforts. MSI places its team members as its most valuable resource. During the 2020 COVID 19 issue, No One Was Laid Off. That shows company loyalty to their team members, and a competitive advantage in obtaining additional market share. One last thought, I have fun in my current role. Daily problem solving, relationship development with current and future customers; no two days are alike. Having fun with these daily challenges keeps me young!

      Pros

      This company is constantly expanding, which means there is a great deal of room to move up and grow with it. I feel valued as an employee and have great support from my supervisor.

      Cons

      Being new to the industry can be a little overwhelming. However MSI provides in depth trainings and coworkers will help out with any questions you have.

      Pros

      MSI has a team oriented, family approach to running it's business. This was very important during the recent pandemic as the ownership of the company stayed very transparent and assured everyone they were doing everything they could for all of us to make it through the tough times together. As a sales person MSI gives you the flexibility, tools, and resources to run your customer base as if you were running your own business.

      Cons

      If you only work as an individual with a me first approach you may not be a good fit for the company as a team first environment is very important.
