This is a great company to grow with internally and as an individual. Your immediate managers tend to very supportive and goal driven. Team work is promoted and coworkers become family.

Cons

High stress environment; Great is not good enough to management. Many problems will be out of your control but still your job to resolve. Outside of warehouse and logistic issues it’s a wonderful job to have

MSI is not only the leader in the hard surface industry, but also one of the top companies to work for in the US. They focus heavily on team building and promoting a positive work environment so each employee can be successful. MSI is a big supporter of our local communities and education system. They continually look for ways to play a bigger part in our communities and support our upcoming generations. MSI is always reinvesting into their business. They look for ways to add value at every level while building strong B2B relationships with their customers.

Cons

I couldn't think of a "con" for working at MSI. Most of the time the "con" can be solved micro level.
