Decent insurance benefits and 401K nothing else is really a pro to working here.
Cons
Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Everyone here is always on edge, very high stress level and unnecessarily long working hours. You feel that you can't leave even though your work is done because everyone else in the department is still there. Very tense work environment where no one talks to each other and everyone is afraid to ask the manager a question for fear he might snap at you. Company has no respect for employees time outside of work and expects you to work on Saturdays to "show face and let everyone know you're serious about moving up in the company". Very traditional, conservative work environment dominated by men. No work life balance. If you are a woman be prepared to be talked down to and treated like you are not as intelligent as your male colleagues.
