Wholesale only for pricing. Homeowner get irritated.

None. Maybe benefits package but totally not worth the stress.

Cons

Entire product line is based on price. Other than that you just apologize to customers, get forced to work like a slave, and watch the owners get rich. So many other places to work, don't bother.
