      1. Provides opportunities to work locally as well as globally 2. Well knowledgeable management 3. Good quality leadership 4. Very much supportive to employees in terms of personally as well as financially 5. No layoffs and less percentage in attrition

      Pros

      Being a MSI employee, I wanted to thank our company’s management for taking care of all MSI employees and our well-being during the epidemic crisis of COVID-19. I’m very proud to say that MSI has not laid off anyone during the crisis nor they initiated any pay cut instead all the employees got yearly bonuses on time!

      Cons

      During crises of COVID-19, they taking care of employees, that means you guys need to decide how good company is this:) SO NO CONS.
