Prior to MSI I was working in a fortune 10 company in the US, and then I chose to join MSI. I started as an intern, and I was included in leadership conference and decision making , which made me feel part of a family not just a number. I love the diverse culture, where everyone respects, helps and support one another. Flexible schedule; including day and night shifts with great overtime benefit for the warehouse team. Moreover, paid time off, 401K, health benefits, and generous bonus. The company has so much to offer the list goes on and on, but I am really impressed with the growth opportunity within the company.
Cons
Team members have communicated of the busy schedule so if staying busy throughout the working day is not your ideal situation then maybe MSI may not be for you,. However I do enjoy it.
