-MSI demonstrates communication within the company and to their customers effectively and positively -There is always room for growth within the company. I started as a Customer Service Representative and have worked my way to a Sales Representative -Dedicated to adapting as a company and finding ways to improve all products -Everyone is treated with respect -Benefits are great

Wish there was a little more vacation time after being there a certain amount of time

This company is made to grow at an incredible rate. They are very big on entrepreneurship within your role. If you are willing to make an investment in them, they will invest in you.

Cons

The only cons are just growing pains of a growing company. With that said, this company handles industry challenges better than other top competitors.
