      Learning to tolerate idiot colleagues.

      Pros

      The workload is not heavy, and I have never worked overtime. However, there was a stupid colleague who sent unnecessary questions to the supervisor on weekends.

      Cons

      My colleagues write bad code, such as copying and pasting the same code four times instead of writing a loop.

      Wide variety of products at a good price point

      Cons

      Poorly managed warehouse and stock levels lead to failure to deliver on large projects. Horrible reputation each new sales person has to overcome due to account being poorly managed previously. Will change your commission structure the moment you succeed. Management talks behind closed doors about cutting out sales rep’s commissions for their bottom line.
