The pay check was the only good reason for working there . You can not count on being trained , they lie in their promises and future raises

Cons

When you get hired by MCI you are just a body. No matter how devoted you are the manager will not communicate with you in a respectful manner . Basically when you show up to work , you will HATE every minute of every day you work there
