      Pros

      It's a job and buys you time yo find another one. Don't sign their 2 year clause. It's illegal.

      Cons

      Wear and tear on your car You build a territory are finally making commission after 2 years then they take it away and say great Job build another one. They make it so hard on you that they force you to quit so upper management can blame the high employee turnaround on their failures.

      Pros

      Hourly can work OT, pretty much mandatory. People are fun at times . You can get a bonus.

      Cons

      Too much OT, expected, no process. Team work only counts when you help sales. They take 401k out of bonus. It’s a buddies club , people who work don’t get promotions only “certain people “ . Kinda prejudice

      - I love the job I have at MSI. I learn new things everyday, face new challenges, accomplish something worthwhile all the time! - My co-workers are great! I feel I am part of the family. - MSI takes care of me by providing me with great benefits, paid time off, employee engagement events (like picnics, holiday parties). - I know I am part of a stable company which has been growing & getting bigger through the years.
