      Money is good, nothing else to offer

      Pros

      The pay is good. The company has good cash flow so it’s a good job to keep during the recession. Commission checks add up and if you want to just coast… look no further. It’s good if you also want to learn about the industry, they are the pioneers of imported surfacing and few other products.

      Cons

      Leadership restrict open communication. Not much to learn other than product. Very outdated systems. Leadership is uninspiring. Company can’t move fast, theft happening by internal employees for their friends homes/ selling on Craigslist.

      They pay you on time

      Cons

      Beyond the favoritism, sexism, double standards, and discrimination, you also have the joy of being treated equal, no matter if you're the hardest worker or the laziest with a sketchy attendance record. They say that the hard workers are taken care of, but you're just someone to help meet their quota, and fatten their own pockets. You'll get no appreciation except maybe a slice of pizza at the end of the month, and come time for yearly evaluation they'll truly let you know how little they value your efforts

      Pros

      Minimum benefit provided * health, vision , dental , workers comp, 401k Provides lunch every mondays.

      Cons

      Waiting period for everything. Health benefit : 90 days 401k: 1 year Paid time off : only salaried employees get 5 days per year Hourly employees : 1 day or so. Holiday : not paid. Waiting period is 90 days Sick day: also can be used after 90 days Health benefit : only pays 80%. Rest is out of pocket.
