Pros
- Most people I met in the company are friendly - Get discount of the product if you are remodeling - If you are non-US resident seeking for job visa, they might be willing to sponsor you - The company has grown fast and is moving in the right direction. Very stable jobs. No lay-offs. - Cultures are improving but still not good. They start to promote people and increase people's pay.
Cons
- Only 1 day off for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. Expect to work on the Friday after Thanksgiving. - Benefits, Paid Vacation and sick days are not good - All the facility is cheap. No proper lunch room. No place to get water. Your computers, desks, chairs are all cheap. - Long hours of work. - No proper trainings or orientation for new employees - No clear career path. Most of your managers are Indians who typically worked at the company for more than 10 years. Don't see where people can climb the corporate ladder. - Many employees are not very competent
