      Pros

      MSI is an excellent company to work. The company offers a lot benefits to its employees including free tutoring for the employees and their children. I am using this benefit, and it is wonderful to see how my daughter is improving her math skills everyday. I am grateful to be part of MSI! I have been with the company for almost 5 years, and it's being so pleasant to be part of it.

      None. Literally can’t think of any in the slightest. I guess if i was in middle school some $10 food gift cards.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Had a team lead that literally said “i’m not suppose to be doing any of the work, you laborers are”. Company doesn’t care about over working there employees yet preach how “happy” they’re employees are? No the only happy employees are the ones with button up shirts who sit on the office. Forced overtime? Someday this company is gonna get sued. Already as bad as walmart.
