The company expects you to work 10+ hours per day and half days on Saturdays. Complete disregard for work life balance. They say employees are treated like family but there is very little regard for employees’ needs. Completely not flexible on WFH policy. Expect everyone to be in the office. Very stingy culture. Would prefer to do things in house even if it means risking safety standards. No parental leave policy. VERY limited paid time off. Many complacent life-long employees who show up to collect paychecks but don’t do anything. Lack of diversity. Leadership team is over 60% Indians. Warehouse employees spent over 50% of their paychecks on health benefits.
