Compensation is great with great benefits.

Cons

Absolutely abysmal management. Management does not care about you whatsoever and will pick favorites. They will tell you to your face and coworkers in a “team meeting” that “if we weren’t busy, you would all be dropping like flies.” No team cohesion and no teamwork.

Friendly Staff, Great schedule, overtime is almost never needed, great benefits, interview process was very transparent. The CSR team is always there to help you when needed.

Cons

Company not always have samples available, which can make customers upset and hard to deal with. Work on Saturdays.
