Pros

If you are comfortable with little to no employee appreciation this place is for you. The micromanagement is a great way of keeping people busy. My Director/Team Lead was great at delegating tasks she knew little how to execute.

Cons

The only con was that out of a team of five people four of us were new. Only one associate really knew what was going on in the department.
