Pay and benefits are good. Employees and ideas are valued, company is growing and taking innovative approaches to the market. Work/life balance is great.

Cons

Some of the internal processes that have to do with accounting are a bit baffling and need to be streamlined or fixed. Not conducive to running a profitable business.
