This was literally the most toxic job I've ever had. The leadership team is made up of long tenured employees who lack the skills to do their jobs effectively, and employees suffer as a result. Managers have very outdated management styles, such as barking orders. If you're not in with the "in" crowd, you will be overlooked for development opportunities and treated poorly. There's a lot of favoritism in all the departments. Certain people get special privileges; there are lots of double standards. If you go to HR for help, your problems get worse as they are not trustworthy or resourceful and do not hold management accountable for their actions.
