Job is pretty easy. people there are generally pretty nice. And the pay is good for the area and level of experience needed.

Cons

Not much room for movement within the company. Management is pretty out of touch with employees.

Working at MTF has given me the ability to help save and heal the lives of thousands of people. That is a gift I will cherish my whole life. In addition to the companies great mission the career path is rewarding. There are a lot of problems to solve but if you are willing to roll your sleeves up then you'll be rewarded. Great benefits. Good work life balance. The management team really really cares about the employees. Its a good place to work and a great company.

Cons

The company is bogged down by outdated policies that are stunting our growth in certain areas. It does not have that fast start-up feel at all.
