      Interesting product line good benefits professional atmosphere

      Run like an army camp. Middle & upper management not on a friendly basis with professional employees who are mainly supervisors, technicians and coordinators. Managers write you up for the smallest things that are questionable in many instances and 3 strikes and you're out the door. Told by upper management that they're also afraid for their jobs and won't back an employee no matter how hard you work Place is kept extremely understaffed and company buzz word is "Are you overwhelmed with the work load?" Everybody is, and attitudes suffer because of it. Employees in some departments monitored for performance on a MONTHLY basis to keep pressure on them.

      Pros

      We have a strong mission statement. PTO is great (at 4 weeks to start). Medical insurance is great. My recommendation is to work here - based on the above only.

      Cons

      Where do I begin... There is some of the worst communication I have ever seen. There are clear issues happening day to day in the core and management does not even recognize it or communicate about it. Technicians will willingly throw away the gift just to not do the work. They will do everything they can just out of spite. One of our yearly buzzwords is "One MTF" - there is still a massive gap and feud of Jessup versus Edison, what happened to just doing better for the gift. POMS is the worst application I have ever used, I do not understand what we are doing with it, does it even help anything, does management even measure that, how does it Make It Happen, lets Think Smart and Build for the Future and go to a new system that will give company the data it needs to hold its members accountable. We need to be better and expect more from each other and ourselves.

      It appears that this is the second time you have left a review that is very similar to the first. I encourage you to speak to either the VP, Processing Operations or the HR Business Partner at the Jessup facility so we can address your concerns.
