      Pros

      MTF biologics is the best company that I worked for. I worked in big MNCs to startups, but I did not find any company that could come close to MTF. They value people, provide flexibility for work and life balances. They encourage new technologies and starve for changes. I am looking forward to contributing more to MTF.
