Pros

Lot's of mandatory overtime for those that want it. High quality kitchen /dining room.

Cons

Many pockets of poor leadership and lack of accountability exist. Absolutely no personal growth, education and meeting statistics have no impact on promotion. Call center - cubicle environment.

they treat you like family and they will put you in training to see you do your best. Co-workers are friendly and they are there to help.

Cons

you can't complain to your direct supervisor as they sweep everything under the rug. The pay is nowhere near what other companies are paying.
