Pros

The hours are weekday with no weekends.

Cons

I left on my own. This company nit picks everything. Even with 100% customer satisfaction you feel like it means nothing. They say everything is based on seniority, but it seems like it's based on how you kiss up to the call center manager. Training on new health plans is a joke. I can read off a protocol list myself. I have never worked in a place I disliked more. The general morale is low and no one likes the call center manager.

Pros

This company has pretty good benefits and pay. The office I worked in also ran fun programs to encourage excellence in our work quality.

Cons

This company is plum crazy!! They don't give enough training on medicaid policies that we are supposed to be providing customer service for and the management doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Lastly, you are taking calls all day from medicaid recipients & most of them call in with a chip on their shoulder and a "the world owes me" attitude. They can be highly nasty.

Pros

pto is available after 90 days.

Cons

fires top paid employees when quarterly expenses can not be managed to remain "growing". about 3 out of 100 csr's have been there over a year. promotions are based off popularity. management is completely out of touch with basic job functions. have witnessed sexual gestures and discrimination from management to csr's. computer systems are slow and out dated. alters company policies to fire top paid employees to avoid "layoffs"
