      Pros

      I have been with MTM for a little over two years and I have had some of the most amazing management I have ever had in my employment history. They truly care about their employees success and support them in achieving their goals. Work/Life balance is great! MTM is strives to ensure that employees have a healthy work/life balance if possible.

      Cons

      Open air office spaces created during building redesign make focusing on work harder. Other than that, I have no complaints.

      Great job for Call Center

      Pros

      Fun environment for Call center, value employee feedback and lots of incentives

      Cons

      Management changing over is causing company to take perks like Christmas Party away. Also, company focuses pay on call center. This is not a company you can move up in as a degreed professional. It is not competitive in pay outside of call center.
