      Hands down - THE BEST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!

      Pros

      MTM is truly an exceptional organization. They truly exceed my expectations year over year. The leaders display a high level of care and provide ongoing training for all employees all year long. I have never had better pay or more paid time off than at MTM. After my last week of vacation, I was so excited to come back to work and to dig into my ongoing projects and to catch up with all my coworkers! We are like a big family that all working towards making lives better for people. You can look in the mirror and be so proud for the work you do every day.

      Cons

      The only Con I have is that more of my friends and family don't work at MTM - yet!

      It's been a ride....very challenging, but worth it

      Their core values are my core values. Respect, value, treat others the way you'd like to be treated, etc

      Cons

      The phone listings for names and phone numbers are difficult to find. Doing the expense reports can be tedious too.

      Driven & Positive Work Environment

      Pros

      I have been with MTM for almost five years. I never expected this company to allow me the opportunities it has. It's a wonderful place to work with a culture unlike any other. My department is filled with driven people who have the same expectation of the quality of work we should produce. The employees are enjoyable and easy to get along with. Excited to see what the years ahead can bring with such a great company!
