      Pros

      This is the best job I've ever had. The benefits are awesome and so are the people I work with. It feels like a home not just a job like others. People can really move up here and management knows me and says hi. They train you on everything you need to know and nobody minds if you ask questions.

      Cons

      It's a further commute for me but I wouldn't change thing.
