Good company culture Excellent senior leadership Fully remote allowing for work/life harmony

Cons

Compensation is not the best and an uncompetitive PTO package. Merit raises have been paused since I joined, bonuses are paused too. Even though the company is going through massive growth, they have not increased employee benefits.

They offer health insurance, PTO and the job is easy to learn.These job is great if you need a short term job to help you pay bills till you find a better job.

Cons

I was hired on through a staffing agency. When the company hired me on as a permanent employee, my pay decreased by a $1.00. They have high call volume, 30 minute lunch breaks and they micro manage you and don’t give pay raises. I was there for a year and they refused to increase my pay so I left.
