Pros

No wheelchairs to hassle with only walkers and canes. Minivans not a bulky hard to maneuver bus.

Cons

Hard to get a decent steady route, the tablets crashes, not enough right cable chargers to fit the tablets. Pay should be based on experience not per union standards. Benifits for self and one dependant is way to high.

I have worked for Ride Right for almost 3 years and it was the best career decision I have made. The commitment to the employees from the executive team far exceeds many of the competitors that I've worked for. The company really cares about the employees and more importantly they care about the communities we provide services to.

sweet hours, if you have other things happening during the day

Cons

kids with moderate to severe behavioral problems. no set guidelines to protect yourself or children in emergencies. you won't get many 40 hours per week. 20 - 32 at best. don't think about advancement unless you're related.
