1.) Very few holidays off 2.) Borderline racist general manager 3.) Unorganized training since there was no safety manager for quite a while and they had a unqualified road supervisor doing new hire training. 4.) Double standards about discipline when it comes to following company policy between drivers and office staff. 5.) Just recently in the last six months there were two Designated smoking area signs put up along with ashtrays outside both main entrances to the building. If you’re a non-smoker you have to Endure secondhand smoke every time you wish to enter or leave the building, Despite the fact that there is a zero tobacco policy on Company property. Even the handbook states “employees who violate the smoking policy are subject to disciplinary action up to and including immediate discharge”
