Benefits like insurance, a 13-month bonus, free travel by train, a good working environment with good facilities

Cons

Low career development - seldom promotes employees and takes about 8 years to get to the managerial level. Lower salary than those outside the market. Encouraging more women to take the managerial level in a discipline with more men is just unfair.
