      Good HR digitalization projects. A place to learn and apply at work. High work efficiency in this team. Good team spirits. Friendly and helpful colleagues - always willing to teach / provide additional help to catch deadline / solve issues.

      Cons

      Low job security - half year contract. Low career development - seldom promotes employees. No medical benefit (temporary contract, 6-month renewable contract) Paid below market level.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are decent. There are also quite some fringe benefits which are attractive.

      Cons

      Culture similar to government, political correctness is important. The work is not motivating, waiting for lunch time when I get to the office and waiting for getting off work after lunch. Still very male dominant and not diverse, although the company is trying.
