      Pros

      MTSI has great people who are really committed to the work they do. Our leadership team is very open and honest about company performance. The pay and benefits are great. We are an employee owned company so we get to share in the success of the company as well.

      Cons

      There isn't too much I can say here. Perhaps just that our infrastructure could use some improvement. We are a growing company and our infrastructure has lagged that growth a bit. But I think it's being addressed in the near future.

      Pros

      A small company that maintains a friendly environment, and gives the employee leeway to plan his/her work schedule without excessive monitoring from the company.

      Cons

      Judge the employee strictly in light of customer satisfaction with little interface with the employee. From this worker's viewpoint, promotions are rare. Except for required training, little training is available.
