Employees come first! Shared ownership in the company, employee Owned. Above industry standard benefits. A company that is charitable and gives back to it's local communities. Stability for its employee owners. Above average Retention rate. High win & recomplete rates. Entrepreneurial with an open door cultural career paths for growth within the company. Military Friendly company! Try's really hard to promote a fair work life balance!

Cons

I really can't think of any "Con's" that aren't normal grips that come with having to go to work everyday that probably wont go away until I win the lotto ;-)

Really strong benefits including excellent company match on 401(k) plus very healthy ESOP. Consistent year over year increases and performance for 10+ years! Everyone empowered to do their role. Everyone encouraged to stretch and take on new and challenging opportunities. Senior leadership is very open, available and transparent.

I can't really think of any significant Cons.

Cares about their people, excellent benefits, tries to keep salaries up to maximum (albeit sometimes lapses), and excellent culture.

Cons

MTSI used to be focused on only acquiring the best of the best... however, the volume MTSI has to hire nowadays is making that extremely difficult. Would like to see a return to being more selective.
