Pros

I was fortunate to report to a great manager, who offered timely advice, advocated for direct reports with senior management, and fully understood the need for work/home balance, especially during the pandemic. I heartily endorsed the bank’s community relations and ethics positions. Felt I was very fairly paid, including benefits packages.

Cons

Some outdated technology, but as I understand it, that was one of the reasons for the divestiture of the Union Bank franchise to US Bank.
