Japanese are very polite and respectful. Businesspeople very easy going with low expectations.

Cons

Paper pushers are everywhere. Most of the development is done by consultants. Horrible experience with HR in my final settlement. Every week a paystub showed up for my various payments. There is no proper classification or any details. This sums up the company's overall ranking.
