      High compensation, diverse, good location, global company

      Cons

      Long hours, stressful work, no support from direct manager, poor work-life balance, lack of confidence and trust in employees, no clarity on company values, it's all just about work :(

      Pros

      Small but yearly raises, great health benefits, amazing coworkers, remote work availability. If you can avoid caring about your job and not letting poor management and business practices bother you, you'd probably be just fine.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, even while remote. Constantly cancelled projects, low amount of strong managers, never ending "restructuring", employees constantly scrambling for "funded" projects to remain employed. Very stressful.
