Pros

International exposure, with opportunity to overseas temporary and permanent posting, good medical benefits, and salary at par with international banks, 30 days annual leaves, flexibility WFH depending on role ( on-site 3 or 4 days per week). Decent bonus for performers. Work life balance is achievable. Some

Cons

Most staffs worked from 9am-7 or 8pm daily with an hour lunch. There are some superiors very picky about taking longer than an hour lunch break or in btw coffee break despite the staff actually worked beyond offical hours. Analyst may occasionally worked till late to meet tight deadline but mostly work life balance is attainable.
